Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive data protection policies aligned with PDPA and international standards
- Conduct regular data protection impact assessments and risk audits
- Act as primary point of contact for data subject requests and regulatory inquiries
- Coordinate data breach response procedures and incident management
- Deliver data protection training to employees at all organizational levels
- Monitor legislative changes and update compliance frameworks accordingly
- Collaborate with IT security teams to enhance data protection measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Law, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data protection or compliance roles
- Certification in data protection (e.g., CIPP, CIPT) strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Data Privacy Act and international regulations
- Experience with data mapping and privacy impact assessments
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
