Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Data Privacy Policy and procedures in strict compliance with relevant laws, such as RA 10173.
- Conduct Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and privacy risk evaluations for new projects, systems, and business processes.
- Manage data subject rights, including requests for access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing under data protection laws.
- Deliver regular training sessions and workshops to educate employees on data protection best practices and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the management of data breach incidents, including investigation, notification to authorities, and remediation plans.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on the necessary adaptations to the company’s information security framework.
- Collaborate with IT and Legal teams to ensure proper data classification and secure data handling protocols across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Data Privacy, Compliance, or Information Security, preferably within the financial or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and general data protection principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and influence others effectively.
- Knowledge of data protection standards such as ISO 27001 or GDPR is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to travel for training or site visits as required by the role.
