Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that improve logistics performance
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting systems for global operations
- Create accurate and visually appealing data dashboards using BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems
- Present findings and recommendations to management through clear and concise reports
- Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Experience working with logistics or supply chain data is a plus
