Are you a data-driven storyteller with a passion for transforming raw numbers into actionable business insights? Ubiquity is looking for a detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst to join our high-performing team in Eastwood, Quezon City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our data strategy, building robust visualization dashboards, and driving data-backed decision-making across the organization.
As part of our dynamic team, you will bridge the gap between technical data extraction and executive-level reporting. We are looking for an expert in SQL, PowerBI, and Looker Studio who can maintain data integrity while delivering clear, concise, and impactful reporting solutions that empower our stakeholders to achieve their goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and PowerBI.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business reporting requirements.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data.
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reporting outputs.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and reporting speed.
- Present data-driven insights to leadership to support strategic business initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Hands-on expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Looker Studio and PowerBI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business-friendly narratives.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
