Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough investigative research using diverse digital tools and databases.
- Analyze large volumes of content to identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Summarize complex research findings into clear, concise, and professional reports.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and quality control in all documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine search methodologies and improve output accuracy.
- Monitor industry-specific news and developments to provide up-to-date insights.
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously while meeting strict delivery deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret non-obvious data points.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven BPO environment.
