Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 3 years of data analysis experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and statistical modeling tools
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication abilities
