Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, refine use cases, and design robust analytical solutions.
- Perform comprehensive data mining and exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop, validate, and deploy advanced machine learning models including regression, classification, and clustering algorithms.
- Engineer and optimize data features to improve model performance and predictive accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and compelling data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ensure data integrity.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve internal capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a data science or analytical role.
- Proven proficiency in Python or R, specifically with libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, and NumPy.
- Strong command of SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience working in a contract or project-based environment within the ICT industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
