Tanggung Jawab
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from diverse internal databases and external APIs using complex SQL and Python.
- Perform comprehensive data cleansing, validation, and preprocessing to ensure high data integrity for modeling.
- Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to address key business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data pipelines and improve data accessibility.
- Create intuitive data visualizations and dashboards that translate complex findings into clear strategic recommendations.
- Monitor model performance and perform routine retraining or adjustments to maintain accuracy over time.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and provide insights for senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, or a similar Data Scientist role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
