Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business-specific challenges.
- Clean, aggregate, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven features into company platforms.
- Design intuitive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines and modeling frameworks for improved accuracy.
- Document technical methodologies and analytical outcomes to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in Python or R, with strong expertise in data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Tidyverse).
- Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong grasp of SQL and experience querying relational databases for data extraction.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
