- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to optimize logistics operations and delivery routes
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions
- Create predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory management, and customer behavior analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data solutions into existing platforms
- Communicate complex findings to stakeholders through visualizations and reports
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques
- Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies for improving supply chain efficiency
- Ensure data quality and implement best practices for data management and governance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experimental design
- Experience working in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
