Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine predictive models for lead scoring and sales forecasting.
- Design algorithms to rank marketing channels based on performance and conversion probability.
- Assist in building an AI agent capable of recommending optimal sales actions.
- Clean, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and optimize sales workflows.
- Document code, model architecture, and experimental results for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews and agile development sprints to iterate on AI features.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts (Regression, Classification, Clustering).
- Proficiency in Python and core data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Experience or academic interest in NLP or predictive modeling techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and a fast-paced startup culture.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
