Join Macquarie Group as a Data Scientist specializing in Model & AI Risk and become a guardian of ethical AI innovation. Tanggung Jawab
- Independently review, challenge, and validate AI/ML models for compliance with regulatory standards and business requirements
- Develop and implement model risk management frameworks for AI use cases across financial services
- Conduct comprehensive model validation assessments including performance testing, sensitivity analysis, and back-testing
- Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and risk officers to translate business requirements into model specifications
- Document validation findings, risk assessments, and remediation strategies for stakeholder review
- Monitor deployed models for performance drift and emerging risks through ongoing surveillance
- Stay current with evolving AI regulations (e.g., AI Act, MAS guidelines) and implement best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in data science, model validation, or AI risk management
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and validation techniques
- Experience with model risk management frameworks (e.g., SR 11-7, BCBS 239) in financial services
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAIG, CERA) or model validation is highly desirable
