Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain predictive models for credit risk assessment and scoring.
- Clean, manipulate, and analyze large-scale datasets to extract meaningful patterns and trends.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into the production risk platform.
- Conduct A/B testing and monitor model performance to ensure accuracy and mitigate bias.
- Automate reporting and data pipelines to streamline risk decisioning processes.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in FinTech and machine learning to continuously improve our algorithms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or project portfolios are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and probability.
- Experience with SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Matplotlib).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
