Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the end-to-end R&D process for new product development and existing product renovation.
- Conduct systematic testing of new raw materials and ingredients to ensure product stability and performance.
- Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and formulation records with high precision.
- Collaborate with the production department to scale up laboratory bench-top creations to commercial manufacturing levels.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement based on market trends, consumer feedback, and technical research.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure all development activities comply with safety, regulatory, and quality control standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an R&D role, preferably within the bakery or food ingredients industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple development timelines.
- Excellent understanding of functional food ingredients and their chemical properties.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
