We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our Risk Platform team. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for credit risk scoring and fraud detection.
- Manipulate, clean, and analyze large, high-dimensional datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate and deploy models into the production Risk Platform environment.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor model performance and key risk indicators.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical hypothesis testing to validate model effectiveness and business impact.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in machine learning, AI, and quantitative risk management.
- Clearly present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data science framework.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating data from relational databases.
- Solid foundational understanding of statistical modeling concepts (regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Prior internship, academic project, or work experience in credit risk, fintech, or related field is a strong plus.
- Fresh graduates with a strong thesis or relevant capstone project are highly encouraged to apply.
