- Collect, cleanse, and integrate large datasets from manufacturing systems, IoT devices, and enterprise software.
- Build and deploy machine learning models to predict equipment failures, optimize production schedules, and improve product quality.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to translate data insights into actionable process changes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay current with emerging data science techniques, tools, and best practices, and promote a data‑driven culture across the organization.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL for data extraction.
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, Keras) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ggplot2) and reporting techniques.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and predictive modeling methodologies.
