In this role, you will take ownership of the data services team, managing workloads, setting priorities, and fostering a collaborative remote environment. - Lead, mentor, and manage a remote data services team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including data processing, quality assurance, and task allocation.
- Drive AI-powered initiatives to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team and project success.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the data services function.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data services, data management, or a related field, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing remote teams and fostering a collaborative virtual work environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in data operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with data quality tools, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Australian business context is a plus.
