In this pivotal role, you will serve as the custodian of our critical data assets, ensuring high standards of data quality, integrity, and consistency across our telecommunications ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between technical data management and business requirements, empowering our stakeholders to make informed decisions based on reliable information.
As a Data Steward, you will be responsible for implementing data governance frameworks, maintaining data lineage documentation, and collaborating with various departments to resolve data discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data within the AMAX systems.
- Develop, maintain, and update data dictionaries and entity relationship models.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to establish and enforce data standards and policies.
- Monitor data quality metrics and perform regular data audits to identify anomalies.
- Communicate data issues and propose remediation strategies to stakeholders clearly.
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives and data protection requirements.
- Train end-users on proper data entry and data governance best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data stewardship, data governance, or database administration.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data quality dimensions, and metadata management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation) is a plus.
