As the business owner for data quality and definition within the order domain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all order-related data across the organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing data governance policies, monitoring data quality metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, decision-making, and compliance within our global supply chain.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee data quality and integrity for order-related data across systems and processes.
- Define, maintain, and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures for the order domain.
- Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and business teams to identify and resolve data issues.
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Support data migration, integration, and system enhancement projects from a data stewardship perspective.
- Conduct data profiling and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the subject matter expert for order data, providing guidance and training to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data stewardship, data governance, or data management roles.
- Strong understanding of order management processes and related systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or data quality software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of data quality frameworks (e.g., DAMA, CMMI) and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or supply chain industries is a plus.
