Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual testing procedures to validate data accuracy and integrity across various systems and databases
- Identify, document, and report data discrepancies and anomalies to the development team
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and validation criteria
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements
- Participate in the continuous improvement of data validation processes and methodologies
- Work with QA teams to ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices
- Assist in the implementation of automated testing tools where appropriate
- Provide regular updates on testing progress and findings to project stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data validation or manual testing roles
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL for data validation purposes
- Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and defect tracking systems
- Good understanding of data quality principles and data governance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
