Tanggung Jawab
- Perform operational maintenance, monitoring, and proactive support for enterprise database environments (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Design, implement, and manage robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Monitor database performance, conduct comprehensive performance tuning, and optimize queries to maximize efficiency and responsiveness.
- Ensure stringent database security, including user access management, role assignments, and compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.
- Install, configure, patch, and upgrade database software, tools, and related applications.
- Diagnose and resolve complex database-related incidents, problems, and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations, procedures, and architectural diagrams.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to support application requirements and database solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Database Administrator in a corporate or enterprise-level environment.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, design principles, data modeling, and normalization.
- Demonstrable experience with database performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions (e.g., AlwaysOn Availability Groups, Oracle Data Guard).
- Knowledge of cloud database services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
