Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based database systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Monitor database performance metrics, analyze bottlenecks, and execute tuning strategies to improve query response times.
- Implement and manage robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical financial data.
- Ensure data security compliance by enforcing strict access controls, encryption standards, and conducting regular security audits.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and system architects to design efficient database schemas and integration points.
- Identify and troubleshoot database anomalies, bugs, and technical issues with minimal downtime.
- Document database architecture, change management procedures, and technical specifications for the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Database Administrator, preferably within the financial industry.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Deep understanding of database normalization, indexing strategies, and transaction management.
- Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Oracle Certified Professional is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
