Broadridge Connectivity Solutions is seeking an experienced Database Administrator for a 6-month contract position based in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of our PostgreSQL and Snowflake environments, ensuring robust performance, top-tier security, and seamless scalability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-life cycle management of our data infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement database solutions that drive business insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and Snowflake database environments for high availability and performance.
- Implement and enforce strict database security policies, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Monitor system health, analyze performance metrics, and tune queries to ensure optimal throughput.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with software engineers and data architects on schema design and data modeling.
- Conduct regular database audits, patching, and maintenance to ensure system stability.
- Troubleshoot complex database issues and provide technical support to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator with a focus on PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of database security frameworks and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Experience working in an Agile or fast-paced development environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
