Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform database installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Monitor database performance and tune queries/indexes for efficiency.
- Implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data integrity.
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams on database design and schema changes.
- Ensure database security and compliance with company policies.
- Document database configurations, procedures, and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Database Administrator with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, SSMS, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
- Familiarity with high availability solutions (e.g., Always On, clustering).
- Understanding of backup and recovery, security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and communicate effectively.
