Are you a detail-oriented Database Administrator looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Database Administrator to join our infrastructure team in the heart of Bonifacio Global City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our enterprise operations, ensuring that our mission-critical systems remain secure, performant, and highly available.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and maintain enterprise-level database environments to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain database security policies, access controls, and encryption standards.
- Perform regular database backups, disaster recovery drills, and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database performance bottlenecks and query optimization issues.
- Collaborate with developers and system administrators to deploy database changes and schema updates seamlessly.
- Automate routine administrative tasks through scripting and modern database tools.
- Provide 24/7 support for mission-critical database systems as part of an on-call rotation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in database administration (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
- Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Solid understanding of database backup, recovery, and replication strategies.
- Experience with cloud-based database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or Google Cloud SQL) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
