Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance database solutions tailored to specific business requirements and future growth.
- Oversee the full database lifecycle, from logical and physical modeling to implementation, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex database issues, and implement optimization strategies to ensure maximum uptime.
- Develop and enforce strict data security, backup, and recovery procedures to protect sensitive and proprietary information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate database systems with applications and cloud infrastructure seamlessly.
- Conduct regular audits and performance tuning to improve query efficiency and storage management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior database administrators and developers to foster team growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in database architecture, design, and implementation.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with major RDBMS such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Strong understanding of NoSQL databases and distributed data systems (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for database management and migration.
- Proven ability to design fault-tolerant systems and implement comprehensive disaster recovery plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
