- Implement database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor database performance and implement necessary improvements
- Design and implement database enhancements and updates
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure database requirements are met
- Establish and maintain database security protocols and access controls
- Document database configurations, procedures, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in database administration and management
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Experience with database security, backup, and recovery procedures
- Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience working in a financial services or similar regulated industry is a plus
