Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain high-availability database systems across multiple non-Oracle platforms (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot database performance using industry-standard tools and methodologies
- Develop and execute backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery protocols
- Collaborate with development teams to design database schemas and ensure efficient data modeling
- Implement security protocols, access controls, and compliance measures for sensitive data
- Document database configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
- Stay current with emerging database technologies and recommend system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on enterprise database administration experience with non-Oracle technologies
- Expertise in SQL, performance tuning, and query optimization
- Experience with database backup/recovery, high availability, and clustering solutions
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Certifications in relevant database technologies (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
