Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex troubleshooting and repair of server hardware, storage arrays, and network infrastructure.
- Execute proactive maintenance tasks to ensure high availability and thermal efficiency within the data center.
- Manage rack-and-stack operations, including structured cabling, power distribution, and hardware decommissioning.
- Oversee physical security protocols and site access management in accordance with Oracle's compliance standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement hardware upgrades and firmware patches.
- Maintain accurate inventory and real-time documentation of data center assets using internal tracking systems.
- Respond to emergency incidents and provide on-call support to ensure rapid incident resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a large-scale data center or mission-critical server room environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (servers, switches, routers, and power systems).
- Proficiency in cable management best practices and copper/fiber optic standards.
- Deep understanding of data center safety standards, including electrical safety and HVAC basic principles.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and project documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose root causes of complex hardware failures under pressure.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, or APC/Schneider Electric training are highly preferred.
