Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries and concerns related to retail products and services.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time, and customer feedback.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required – training will be provided.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Davao.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
