  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries and concerns related to retail products and services.
  • Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage but not required – training will be provided.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Davao.
