Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate daily shipment operations to ensure timely processing and compliance with international trade regulations
- Act as primary liaison between clients, customs authorities, and internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation
- Verify all shipping documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Resolve operational discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain service level agreements
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, incidents, and communications for audit purposes
- Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimize cargo flow and minimize delays
- Provide exceptional customer service through proactive updates and issue resolution
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or cargo operations
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping documentation
- Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., SAP, TMS) and MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment
- Valid Singaporean work permit or citizenship with ability to work on Monday-Friday day shift
- Basic understanding of airport security protocols and cargo handling procedures
