Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive care and supervision for children aged 1-5 years in a group setting
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities promoting cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment following hygiene and safety protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while accommodating special dietary needs
- Document children's daily activities, progress, and developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's well-being and daily experiences
- Collaborate with teaching staff to support curriculum implementation and special events
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in childcare or daycare setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in dynamic environments
- Passion for working with young children and commitment to their well-being
- Background clearance and health screening required
