Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities for children in the daycare center
- Manage and train daycare staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Develop age-appropriate educational programs and activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for children
- Monitor children's development and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in childcare or daycare supervision
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Patience, creativity, and genuine love for working with children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously
