Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect outstanding debts and account balances.
- Establish positive relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments.
- Update customer account records and transaction histories accurately in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints regarding billing discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict compliance, security, and regulatory standards during all interactions.
- Collaborate with the team leader and support staff to meet daily and monthly KPI targets.
- Document all collection activities and maintain a detailed log of account status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of empathy and customer service orientation.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pasay City.
