Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues related to account management and service inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Achieve and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time and Customer Satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations during every interaction.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and training modules to enhance service quality.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate; college undergraduates or degree holders are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO environment (Voice or Blended accounts).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a high level of empathy for customers.
- Ability to work onsite in Makati City during day shift hours.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
