Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding financial accounts
- Process account transactions, payments, and adjustments with precision
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Meet individual performance targets for productivity and quality
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to enhance skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma, college level, or bachelor's degree holder (any course)
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with professional demeanor
- Willingness to work in day shift schedules and Quezon City area
