Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive sector
- Present and sell company products/services to potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive industry stakeholders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations
- Stay current with automotive industry trends and market developments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in automotive sales or car dealership environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Willingness to work on a day shift schedule in Makati City
