Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to telecommunications clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery
- Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, and company policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team success
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
- Must be available for the day shift schedule and able to start immediately
