We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our dynamic Infra Operation & Cyber Security team. This critical role involves managing and performing administrative tasks across MSSQL, MySQL, and Oracle environments. You will report directly to the IT Server Operations Team Lead and ensure database systems operate at peak performance while maintaining security and compliance standards. As a DBA, you will be responsible for optimizing database performance, implementing backup/recovery protocols, and troubleshooting complex issues. Your expertise will directly support business continuity and data integrity across our global infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize MSSQL, MySQL, and Oracle database systems
- Implement database security protocols and access controls
- Monitor performance metrics and resolve bottlenecks
- Develop backup/recovery procedures and disaster recovery plans
- Install, configure, and upgrade database software
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues
- Document database configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience with MSSQL, MySQL, and Oracle
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning
- Experience with backup/recovery and high-availability solutions
- Familiarity with database security best practices
- Proficient in SQL and scripting languages
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
