In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for system support within our third-party logistics (3PL) environment. Your expertise will ensure that data flows seamlessly between the warehouse floor and our management systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
You will collaborate closely with logistics managers and technical teams to troubleshoot system errors, validate inventory data, and streamline daily workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for 3PL warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to identify system requirements and implement process improvements.
- Conduct user training sessions for new system features and update existing documentation.
- Investigate and resolve system errors, bugs, or discrepancies reported by DC staff promptly.
- Assist in the data entry and verification processes to maintain up-to-date stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar DC or 3PL system support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in logistics or IT support is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexible shifts if required.
