Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily distribution center operations to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock levels, shipments, and deliveries.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports regarding inventory status, logistics performance, and operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a distribution center or logistics support role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an added advantage.
