Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily distribution center activities to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Maintain precise inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics partners to streamline the supply chain flow.
- Generate comprehensive reports on performance metrics and operational efficiency for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and security policies within the DC environment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to improve distribution throughput.
- Provide administrative support for shipping, receiving, and documentation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based full-time at our Pasig City office.
