Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary system support expert for DC warehouse management systems, troubleshooting daily operational issues.
- Collaborate closely with 3PL partners to ensure system connectivity, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest proactive improvements.
- Manage user access, system configurations, and master data updates within the DC environment.
- Conduct regular system training for warehouse floor staff to ensure best practices are followed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system workflows and incident resolution processes.
- Act as the escalation point for technical inquiries originating from the warehouse floor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse management system (WMS) environment, preferably within a 3PL setup.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose complex system-related issues quickly.
- Proven ability to bridge communication between technical IT teams and non-technical operational staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data reporting and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume logistics hub.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
