Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the strategic development and management of the dealer network to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor dealership performance metrics (KPIs) and conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to maximize sales volume and profitability.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of dealer staff.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and dealership owners.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales management, dealership operations, or business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel to various dealer locations within the Jakarta Raya region as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
