- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business.
- Demonstrate and sell products effectively, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
- Manage and organize product displays to ensure a welcoming and appealing store environment.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert prospects into paying customers.
- Report sales performance and inventory needs to the management team regularly.
- Participate in training sessions and product knowledge programs to stay updated on industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Proven experience in retail sales, wholesale, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
