In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our brand identity and operational consistency across our dealer network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all dealer outlets strictly adhere to our established operational guidelines. You will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and ground-level execution, conducting comprehensive audits of facilities, infrastructure, and service quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive audit schedule for all dealer locations.
- Monitor and evaluate dealer compliance with operational, visual, and service standards.
- Inspect physical facilities and infrastructure to ensure they meet brand safety and aesthetic requirements.
- Provide detailed reporting and actionable feedback to dealer management to address gaps in performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to update standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on market findings.
- Coordinate training sessions for dealer staff to improve service delivery and product knowledge.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and potential areas for operational optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, network audit, or franchise management.
- Strong understanding of facility management and operational compliance auditing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate technical reports.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and drive improvement.
- Willingness to travel as needed to visit dealer locations within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
