Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the faculty, ensuring the highest level of academic quality and integrity
- Oversee curriculum development, review, and implementation for all graduate programs in the ELM Graduate School
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, and retention initiatives to build a strong academic team
- Manage the academic budget, resources, and facilities of the graduate school
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
- Represent the graduate school at university committees, industry events, and academic conferences
- Foster a culture of research excellence and innovation among faculty and students
Kualifikasi
- Doctorate degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of academic experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in curriculum development and program management
- Strong research background with publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience in faculty recruitment, development, and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including faculty, students, and industry partners
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in higher education
