Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact customers regarding outstanding payments via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Negotiate realistic payment arrangements while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand reputation.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Resolve payment disputes and address customer inquiries regarding billing statements professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the finance and customer support departments to streamline the collection process.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in debt collection, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak other local dialects is an added advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Possess excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of resilience, patience, and professional integrity.
- Able to work independently and as part of a high-energy, results-driven team.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
