Tanggung Jawab
- Contact debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence to resolve outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining positive client relationships
- Document all collection activities accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies through detailed analysis
- Collaborate with legal team when formal proceedings are necessary
- Meet monthly collection targets and performance metrics
- Stay updated on debt collection laws and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in debt collection or credit management
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and collection software systems
- Knowledge of Malaysian debt collection regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
