Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a dedicated Debt Collection Officer to join our team, supporting a world-leading e-commerce platform. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial health of our client by engaging with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve outstanding accounts with professionalism and empathy.

This is a 1-year renewable contract position based in the vibrant hub of Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform outbound calls to customers to follow up on overdue payments and account settlements.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements while adhering to company policies and debt collection regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing payment-related inquiries and resolving disputes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all communication and payment arrangements in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Identify barriers to payment and work collaboratively with the team to propose effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and data protection policies during all customer interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in any field.
  • Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or a call center environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict performance-based KPIs.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and professional conduct.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer navigation skills.
